Philip Petrie is a painter working in oils on canvas and mixed media on paper. He earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts in painting and drawing at the University of Rhode Island and his Masters of Fine Arts at Ohio University. He has lived and exhibited in New York, Chicago, and Indiana where he was an associate faculty member at Indiana University South Bend for eight years. He currently lives in San Diego with his wife and daughter and exhibits regularly in both group and solo exhibitions.
